- Events are Never Rushed: We make sure our clients get to relax and enjoy their special event without having to worry about the final countdown, so all of our packages include eight to ten full hours of set-up and event time. Tear down will not begin until midnight (or 1 a.m., if requested).

Many of our clients come to us with a vision of the perfect wedding or celebration in their mind, and our aim is to bring that celebration to life. However, many also come to us wanting assistance in designing the entire celebration, and need our expertise and creativity to help. This is where we excel.

II. Our Romantic Tuscan Look
We have created a stunning event venue reminiscent of Central Italy that feels private and cozy. With the time-honored ambiance of a Tuscan Villa, Bella Sera Event Center is a chic alternative to conventional hotels, country clubs, and multi-event banquet facilities.
- An Exclusive Ceremony Ballroom: Bella Sera is one of the few venues with a separate indoor ceremony ballroom. Designed exclusively for romantic wedding ceremonies, this ballroom features a dual staircase entryway, classical Tuscan chandeliers, a walkout balcony for your wedding ceremony musicians or singers, and numerous décor options for a beautiful and meaningful ceremony. Your ceremony will truly be one of a kind.
- Architectural Design: A winding grand staircase with one-of-a-kind architectural details, wrought iron walkout balconies, and a large picture window offer unique settings for personalized photos.
- Very Little Decorating is Needed: Simple, yet elegant décor throughout the venue can be easily enhanced to create a new look and feel for each and every client’s style and color palette.
- Memories are Preserved Through Pictures: We’re always upgrading our décor and look, and keeping things fresh and current to provide our clients stunning backdrops for their photos.

III. Our Options, Choices & Packages
The majority of our clients come to us excited about their celebration, but overwhelmed by the hundreds of details at the same time. This is exactly why our Bella and Bellissimo Packages are focused on value and minimizing the amount of stress on our clients. We offer many options from which to choose so every client can find the right fit for their needs. Clients can choose a DIY (“do it yourself”) option to bring in their own catering and decor, purchase our catering with a standard set up to minimize costs, or choose our Bella or Bellissimo packages and let Bella Sera do all the work.
Four Options From Which to Choose:
- DIY (do it yourself catering and decorations) - We know from experience that our clients may wish to work with outside vendors of their choice or take a hands-on approach or DIY (“do it yourself”) approach to their celebration menu and décor. For them, we offer the option to rent our facility and do everything themselves or hire our staff to serve their reception meal and do the clean up. Clients can also use any of our décor items on a rental basis.
- Catered DIY (do it yourself decorations) – This option allows those brides who want to create their own centerpieces or decorations, or who just want a more simple wedding, a discounted rate when they choose a DIY but have Bella Sera cater their event. Discounts will be calculated on a custom quote. If their budget is tight, this option gives them a beautiful venue with the flexibility to bring in their own decoration items. Choose any of our delicious entrees from our a la carte Italian, Mexican, or American menu.
- Bella Package - Our Bella Package includes catering, unlimited sodas and non-alcoholic beverages, several beautiful centerpiece choices, dozens of candles, 38 colored linens and sash choices, multiple chair cover colors, event design and decorating service, champagne & toasting glasses for the wedding party and parents, beautifully decorated showcase tables, and all taxes and gratuity. You walk in the door the day of your event and everything is ready for you just the way you requested.
- Bellissimo Package – The same valuable items and services from our Bella Package are automatically included in the Bellissimo Package, but this amazing package is all about the lighting, décor and music! Ambient, cinematic lighting combined with gorgeous, unique décor and just the right music plan will transform our venue into an unbelievable atmosphere sure to dazzle all your friends and family.
Our lighting and event designers will wash the walls with beautiful colored lighting to reflect your color palette and style while incorporating upscale customized décor items to ensure you’ll achieve the effect and mood you desire to create a one-of-a-kind celebration. This is a dream package that includes truly unique décor items and gorgeous embellishments hung in several places in the venue, creative backdrop items, amazing votive candle holders, upscale centerpieces and table adornments, and many other décor item choices to create your very own “Bellissimo” celebration. Because music is essential for setting the mood and ensuring the event flows perfectly to your vision, we include a customized music plan and 5 hours of professional DJ service for your event with one of our Preferred DJs.
Our Bella and Bellissimo packages include a stress-free day-of celebration experience that doesn't come with any hidden costs (gratuities and tax are always included). You can enjoy your wedding day, anniversary celebration, or quinceanera knowing that the experts at Bella Sera Event Center are working behind the scenes to prepare, coordinate, and execute your event exactly the way you planned. These packages include many items that would cost hundreds more if you were to buy them at retail or a la carte.

IV. Our Unique, Fun Approach to Personalizing Every Event
Once-in-a-lifetime celebrations at Bella Sera Event Center are nurtured in the dreams and desires of our clients. Every wedding that we design begins with a story told to us by the bride and groom, every Anniversary celebrates 25 or 50 years of unique stories, and every 14 year old girl planning her Quinceañera birthday party wants it to be different from all of her friends. Each event we help inspire, plan and execute is approached the exact same way…with personal attention.
